βYes yes yes...don't want to count Chickens but..woke up (yes woke up meaning sleep happened!!!) Kind of like refreshed and not in a foul mood...first time in 6 months ππππ. The videos and the activities suggested were all interesting and helpful and so varied that I always found something that really resonated with me and that I plan to carry on doing. I loved the oils, of course, they are the best (and I started using again the diffuser)I and loved using them with the Shiatsu points; and doing yoga before bed... and that relaxation was fantastic!β
